I had shoulder replacement surgery last week so my truck has been sitting, I had AAA give it a jump start and called The Battery Shop and they said bring it down we will take care of it. In the span of only 2 hrs from call to finish was simply amazing, I can now feel comfortable know the extreme cold this weekend my truck will start!

Hours say open, wasted my time coming down and they’re locked up. Phone keeps ringing. Great customer service. Edit: I’m only adding this because the business is now claiming it was closed, while Google Maps clearly showed normal business hours at the time I visited. Yes, it was the day after Christmas. No, I did not guess or assume. I showed up at 7:30am solely because Google stated the store was open. I waited until 8:00am and called the store seven times between 7:47 and 7:56 with no answer. I was sitting in the parking lot checking doors and rechecking Google to make sure I had not made a mistake. Google does not allow customers to view historical hours, which conveniently means a business can deny what was displayed after the fact while the customer has no way to verify it later.

I needed a car inspection and they got me right in. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will bring my car here next time it needs work. Thank you
