The Body Shop Collision Repair

This place is bad. Told me my car was ready 3 times. First time I had no clips on front end. Half of the body work done. Trash under my paint job. 2nd time trash under my paint job. 3 rd time all the work not complete got attitude from them. The tall skinny office lady went inside and lied saying I cussed her and I did not. I guess when you tell them this is the third time to pick up my car and it still isn't right they need a new body guy she took offense. I told her they needed to fix it and id be back tomorrow. As my husband was driving away they came running out of office I told him to stop they needed something and the other lady with glasses told me not to cuss her employee and what was wrong with my car. I replied I didn't cuss anyone and if she stated I did she was lying and procee

Very friendly and courteous service. They were flexible with scheduling since I needed my car back as soon as possible. I planned on cleaning my car after I picked it up, but to my surprise it was cleaned inside and out. Will do business with them again.

Had my Traverse repaired here after being rear-ended. The employees are very friendly and helpful. As far as I can tell the repair looks excellent and I'm happy with it. The only thing I wish they had done better on was communicating with me about the status of my vehicle. It was in the shop for nearly 2 weeks , I got a couple of texts but other than that I had to keep calling to see if it was finished.

Got my car back with a cracked headlight that wasnt nroke befofe and missing a cover off my bumper

I have had to use them twice for my vehicle repair and they are the absolute best to work it. Everyone is so nice and friendly. They are great at communicating and are very accommodating to their customers. This is my preferred body work shop for all of my vehicles. Their work is amazing I have had no problems!
