The Car Shop

No happy. I took in one of our service vehicles for our company for a driveline vibration. Was called and had other work that needed to be done too which I agreed to have done. However when I picked up the vehicle the vibration was still there. It was 3000 worth of work and the problem I brought it in for was still there. Was not happy with this as I gladly would have passed on the services recommended to have the vibration go away. Ive had other issues with this shop and now I choose to take my vehicles to Auto Clinic or Cloverland Sevice both who have been great at fixing the issue at hand and not trying to upsell things.

The service manager Ron and his crew are excellent at diagnosing and resolving the issues and repairs! Very friendly, trustworthy, and honest service. Very satisfied, and highly recommend this shop!👌🏼 👍🏻 also reasonably priced!

Thank you The Car Shop for fixing my Toyota Tundra. I called after hours and talked to someone and they said to drop it off before the next week and to use the drop box. I dropped it off on a Sunday and got a call Monday morning saying they diagnosed the vehicle and it was in fact a dead pump. Initially the part would be a couple days but to my surprise the truck was ready to be picked up the next afternoon. Runs great, would highly recommend this shop and will use them again.

Worked with Ron at The Car Shop. He was awesome, and helped work our car into the schedule while on vacation in northern Wisconsin after an exhaust failure. Super great to work with, fair pricing, and had us on the road again in a timely manner. Thank you again - would highly recommend.

Couldn't be happier on how the Car Shop was to work with. Doing a job in the area and had some issues with my truck. They squeezed me in, were great to communicate with and the pricing seemed very fair. Highly recommend.
