The European Car

Friendly knowledgeable service on European vehicles old and new. The owner and business operator replaced a burned out headlight that DIY videos online made seem too difficult to do it yourself. Decided to change all the front lights at once so they'd be the same age. He's ordered some other things the car needs and will call when they come in, and a couple of other parts he'll use from the car that was the same make and sadly totaled by a bad driver.

I brought my BMW for a repair and they replaced the oil gaskets which continued to leak afterward and the owner refused to acknowledge, incredibly rude. Will not go back.

I received an outrageous quote from a reputable BMW dealership because my service light was on and my gut told me to get a second opinion. I called The European Car and spoke with Jeff who immediately put me at ease. He was friendly and very knowledgeable over the phone. Long story short he worked on my car and no more service light. Jeff saved me over $4000 of unnecessary repairs. You will get great service along with honesty and integrity at The European Car.

I haven't taken a vehicle to The European Car yet. However, when I called to ask their opinion on a used car I was planning to buy, Jeff was super helpful and provided me with things to look for and common issues with that make/model. He took time out of his busy schedule to help me out, no strings attached. I look forward to doing business with The European Car in the future.

I just called to get a quote I spoke with Jessica she was very nice to talk to she is helpful and resourceful. I was looking to get an engine swap and she educated me on what warranty to look for I didn’t think to ask. She that’s genuine I appreciate when someone takes time to guide you in the right direction and has a good attitude I can tell she cares about what she does A1 customer service. We could use more people like that in the world!
