I have used The Foreign Service for over 15 years. They are one of the best service providers I have ever had for any car I've owned, no less my SL500. Their focus on my Mercedes make them even better. They personally get to know you and your car. Their work is always excellent and they will only do the work your car requires. For example, if you only need rear brakes they don't try to sell you on front brakes too. They will do them when they need to be replace. They are where you should be taking you MB.

The guys at The Foreign Service are amazing. There is nobody in the Raleigh area that understands classic Mercedes like David. He treated my 560sl like it was his own. Recently moved to the state and was skeptical of servicing my vehicle at a new shop. I seen great reviews from the foreign service and decided to try them out, after already having a bad experience somewhere else. I spoke to Craig ahead of time and he was able to get me in within a reasonable time. He made sure I received a loaner vehicle, even though he would be out on vacation the day my car would be serviced, extremely grateful for that! The day of, I met the owner David who took care of everything. He was thorough, straight to the point, and pleasant! My car was ready within a day and David even went ahead and double checked some things for me just to give me peace of mind. I don’t play about my car lol. If you pride yourself on quality and integrity they are definitely the way to go.

The guys at The Foreign Service are top notch. Customer service and technical knowledge about all things Mercedes is phenomenal. Craig mans the front office and takes the time to really take care of your service/repair needs. The thing I really appreciate is the availability of loaner cars. It makes appointments very convenient. Don’t hesitate to make an appointment with these guys to take care of your Mercedes service and repair needs!

What a find!!! a hidden gem. We have a MB 2011 GLK 350. Best experience ever!!! Outstanding service, great mechanics, comprehensive all inclusive, very reasonable pricing, also provides an MB loaner. Craig the service manager was welcoming, knowledgeable and a great person to do business with. We have found our go to place. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed
