We love having our winter home here. Low HOA fees provide an incredible value. Huge number and types of amenities. Residents are from all over the country and Canada. Easy to meet new people and make great new friends. Very convenient and quiet inside with easy access to Phoenix metro activities.

Wonderful community! Like resort living everyday. Our community runs so smoothly. Residents are so friendly. 4 championship golf courses. 22 pickleball courts. 2 beautiful community centers. Fitness, swimming pools, lap pools, organized fitness groups, lots of clubs. The common areas are meticulously maintained. Beautiful landscaping. I couldn't be happier living here
Absolutely incredible place to live! Amenities are amazing and there are so many things to do in this 45 plus community! 22 pickleball courts, 4 golf courses, beautiful pools and clubs, just to name a few. The friendliest place we have ever lived!
Clean, safe and super friendly place … plus ton of activity…it’s like living in a 5 star resort..
