Wonderful experience here. Rudy has serviced both my cars and has done an outstanding job. Not only was he able to diagnose and fix the hard top on my SLK 55 convertible (which is super hard to find someone to work on with knowledege of these tops) but he was also able to do maintenance on my SUV. Wonderful turn around time and great staff. Super friendly and the communication is second to none. I wait to leave reviews and it has been almost a year since Rudy fixed the top of the convertible. Still enjoying the top down to this day. Will definitely be back for future maintenance needs. Thanks Rudy and the team! :)

Over a year ago I left a rave review for this shop and now I see just how fooled I was by shop owner, Rudy Fernandez. I paid over $5600 for a new convertible top on my 2013 Mercedes-Benz SLK and a week after it was put on I began to see signs that there was a problem. In short, for the last 12 months I have been trying to get Rudy to fix the leaks that I never had before. I've owned three of these cars and never had an issue with water coming in. . Whatever he says he has done has just been a lie. He's very hard to get in touch with… basically IMPOSSIBLE. Frequently he's not there when you arrive to drop a car off, and rarely ever responds via text. His voicemail is always conveniently full and I've never spoken to someone by using the office phone number. I've tried so many times to expl

We had Kuztom Shop replace the old tan cloth top on our 2008 Corvette with a black one. They did a great job! The car looks awesome! The level of customer service was outstanding! Rudy runs a great shop and provides great customer service. Once the top came in they had it installed in 1 day, Rudy personally worked on the car and walked us through the whole process start to finish. I would highly recommend Kuztom Shop for the next top!!!

I have a 2011 370z Roadster in excellent condition however the top stopped working on it. Nissan had no idea how to fix it. The Nissan dealership told me they did not have the expertise to fix it. They gave me a quote for over 21K to replace the top. I was ready to just sell it. Someone recommended Rudy Fernandez to us. I’d contacted Rudy by phone who pretty much told me exactly what the problem was over the phone and told me to bring it in. He had it fixed the next day. He didn’t even need to purchase parts. Rudy knows more about how these tops work than the Nissan Dealership. I found him to be professional, honest, patient and just simply amazing. I will cross states to see him if I ever have any other issues with this vehicle. I highly recommend him. His prices are incredible

DO NOT USE RUDY or ANYONE at this shop!!! This process with him has been an absolute nightmare. We dropped off a car in mid-2024, with a promise it would be done in 2-3 months. Not only did he not complete the work, we have called Rudy and his shop for the past six months and he WILL NOT call us back, nor let us pick up the car and he's never at the shop.
