The Parts House

This is a HVAC and appliance store that I go to sometimes and all the people in the store are friendly and professional as they need to be. This has a very wide selection of HVAC products and usually has good pricing on their products.

I called several places looking for a thermal heating element for my Kenmore dryer and was so glad to have found one in this store. Byron, who answered my call was courteous ,efficient and had the product available when I arrived at the store. I have never really fixed any appliances and wanted to make sure it was the actual part I needed. Byron looked at my burnt out heating element reassured me that the one I was purchasing was compatible with my dryer. The prices are quite reasonable compared to outrageous quotes I was given. The staff are super knowledgeable and the prices are very fair. If you need Parts for appliances, trust me these guys are awesome.

Great experience! I called and provided the model number for my dryer and they pulled the part I needed and had it ready for me when I got there. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. A local service company wanted 300.00-400.00 to repair my dryer. After some googling/youtube investigating I decided to fix it myself. I got home and replaced the part within 10 mins and I'm back doing laundry as usual! DO NOT use the local service company in WM on Cypress St. They are rude and literally robbing people blind! Thank you to the guys at the Parts House for all your help and encouragement! I appreciate it so much! People on a fixed or limited income have to find a way to make it these days and companies that charge 300% mark up should be ashamed of themselves!

I absolutely love the parts house over any of their competitors for price, availability, and speedy arrival as well as always getting the right part. And the service is wonderful, been doing business with them since their doors opened and will continue.
