The RipTide Car Wash

I would not recommend this location. I informed the employee that the tire shine was not working properly. I even showed him where the shine was added in only a couple of small spots. He said he can't control the wash, which I thought the company would want to know if it was not applying the product correctly. He then argued with me and said, “It's on there.” You can clearly see in the photos that the shine was not applied to most of my tires on both sides. I shouldn't have to argue with an employee to receive the product I paid for.

I changed my membership to 19.99 and they kept charging me 29.99. When I tried to cancel, an offer popped up for 17.99 for three months to stay on. When I went today to try to wash my car it said my membership was canceled. Too much of a hassle, just to wash your car and the young man attending to me really didn't care about the mix up. He just directed me to back out lol. It's to bad because it was so close to home.

Excellent location. All self serve after the wash. This location has air as well to blow out your vehicle. Cloth matt and hard matt cleaning/washing station. They do have multi car plans as well. Veteran plans come only in November as of this writing.

Probably the best car wash I’ve used. They use a lot of soap and the tire shine at the end tops it off. Free vacuum, floor mat cleaning sink and machine plus window cleaner. Top notch place. I’m a “car guy” and I definitely recommend this place.

The Riptide Car Wash is GOATED. I have the unlimited was membership on all 4 of my cars and I find myself at the wash multiple times a week, however, the service is always top notch. Not many places where you can get a great wash, free air fresheners, and a great mat wash system all in one. My favorite part of the car wash is that each vacuum station has these air compressors that are so clutch when you are trying to dry the rest of your car.
