Great website. VERY helpful for finding those rarer vw thing specific parts, and some cool upgraded parts as well. Ive spent more money here than id like to admit. Great place 10/10
I needed new rubber pads for my Thing’s brake & clutch peddles a d accelerator - they arrived 2 days later. Inexpensive and SO convenient.
I love my new bikini top! They were extremely nice helping me get this ordered on their website. Shipping was reasonable and very fast! I ordered the yellow and white stripe and it looks great!
Order of top-boot arrived timely and fits perfectly! Also top frame pivot pins , but no retaining clips with pins, I should have read the details better-that they weren’t included.
My restoration earnestly started about four years ago. It’s been a slow process, but fortunately The Thing Shop has all the parts that I need to restore my Thing. The Thing shop has been very helpful when ordering parts and it makes it very easy to sort old parts and decided if I can order new or refurbish. The majority of the parts are NOS.
