The Tube Car Wash prices

Second time I've been there and there's either soap/wax runoff or like my tailgate clearly missing areas. I'll stick with someone more familiar in town. Smh

Went through automatic cashier lane. Took me 10-15 min to pay. When I slid my card nothing happened. Used chip reader to finally pay. Drove around to car wash garage door which was up. Drove in started reading tv screen for instructions when an employee came out and said,"Can't you read" with negative attitude. I apologized for making him mad and told him I didn't think anyone was here working because it was automated. Went through wash and still had dirt on my vehicle. Went back around to go through car wash. Employee claimed if i would've read the screen he would of used the pressure washer on my vehicle before I went through car wash? When I was pulling up trying to line my tire up with the track another employee came out yelling go to the right, go to the right! I yelled back explai

Got my brand-new Tesla Model Y just three weeks back. Only place I ever take it? The Tube Car Wash in New Haven – yeah, the one with the VIP plan I stupidly shelled out for. Did four washes, zero elsewhere. Then boom, fresh scratch on the paint. Told the lady at the counter, she scribbles my number down like it's a promise, says 'insurance will email me .' Spoiler: nobody emailed me No sorry, no fix, no nothing. Attached pics – look at that mark. If this ain't negligence, what is? Don't waste your ride here

This carwash seems to do a better job with drying ( less water spots on windows) and gives my 2020 Nissan Maxima a brighter shine than I recall at Mike's Carwash. My mom seemed to notice a difference as well. Price also seems a little more reasonable than Mikes.

The tube was great when they first opened, but now my car comes out all spotted and the vacuums don't have a lot of suction.
