Richard and Ashley were outstanding to work with! I logged onto KBB to sell my truck and Destiny(who I also found genuine and personable) with THIScar was the quickest to respond. She arranged for the vehicle to have a physical inspection and appraisal. The offer was made very close to what I was wanting. I countered and the price was accepted. They arranged to pay off the lien and I left with a check for my equity. I would give 6 stars if it were possible. A very low pressure and pleasurable experience.

We walked in not quite sure what kind of offer we would receive, but had a number in mind. Their staff were incredibly helpful in working with us to reach that goal. From the moment we arrived, the office was clean and welcoming, a vending machine with refreshments and snacks and the entire staff was friendly and attentive.
