Throttle Addiction

Bought complete Bassani exhaust kit.When I received it,whole kit wasn't there.They said heat shield are now sold separately but when I bought kit,add included heat shields.After I asked about it,it was then that they removed shields from add.Said I would have to buy those seperately.

Terrible customer service. Order has been in their local post office for 2 weeks now and they refuse to send me another package or even cancel and refund my money. Countless emails and now phone calls and they still refuse to help until they receive the original shipment back even though it’s been in their local post office 8 different times now. Patience is gone on my end. Buy from anyone else if you want decent customer service when things go wrong. I’ve gave them every opportunity I could to make this right and they still refuse to help. They’ll take your money and they won’t care if you get what you paid for. Beware.

Left with no options for a Triumph mech in the area, I found Seth at throttle addiction and they did not disappoint! Added a RamAir and power commander to my Rocket 3 and he nailed the map. Really woke my bike up! 5 stars, thanks guys!!

I bought a Fuel Reserve from the website about 2 months ago and I was expecting it to be high quality but the whole Fuel reserve bottle was very very thin,It seems like if you accidentally drop it then it will break. It is definitely NOT Heavy duty,I also tried posting my review 2 times on their website and they never posted it. It seems like they pick & choose their reviews so don’t believe the hype at all! Definitely look somewhere else,I also had bad customer service when I called them regarding a shipping issue. I was a 1st time customer & I will definitely not recommend this website. Please look elsewhere. You’ve been warned!
