The dealership has pushed through all the economic twists and turns, and they’ve maintained a professional atmosphere. My sales associate, Milo, has always been available to answer questions, post sale. The service dept. does great work, although pricey. They’re expanding their service dept. to handle larger commercial vehicles.

The only good part was the new salesman JaCodie wasn't pushy and is going to learn from Gary's mistake. Gary told us the 1st payment came out of our down-payment and I stated " so we dont pay til March 10th?" He said yes. Then I get the stellantis paperwork and my first payment was the day of purchase ( Jan 10th) and we have to pay Feb 10th. Not cool... 1st payment isnt when you buy or lease something, its the first time you submit your monthly. Doubt we will use them again after reading the reviews and another friends bad experience this week with service on two vehicles. They had changed filters on both their cars, went in for oil changes and were told their filters were in need of changing🤣🤣🤣...ask for JaCodie, not Gary. Plus Gary never called us. Kudos to Thurston and to salesperson Gary, who kindly guided me through several models I was interested in seeing and test driving. Although I didn’t purchase a vehicle that day, Gary’s willingness to help me understand features and details of models was very appreciated and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with him on a purchase in the future. I made an appointment to get an oil change and then I also had a few other issues with the electronics and some rubbing on the four-wheel-drive system. For my Jeep gladiator Rubicon. I came back after about two hours of my jeep was still sitting there. Talk to sales manager because the service manager wasn’t around then the service guy came in and said there was a mistake and they will get on it right away. So he came back and asked me what the rubbing sound was about and I told him he said I wanna get you going, but do you still wanna do the oil change? I said yes please do the oil change. I’m going for long distance thousands of miles across country. I’m now in Washington state and I checked my oil and it was a half quart low and dirty with only 800 miles supposedly on an oil change. I usually don't write reviews often if ever, but my experience at this dealership was so good i had to give them props; If you are looking for a car (Jeep, Toyota, Honda, Chevrolet...) Reach out to those guys especially Rasheed, i talk with Rasheed many time on the phone, as i live 2 hours away from this dealership, and Rasheed was always super helpful for my lease, answering every questions and giving me great advice; at the end they had the best deal by far from all the other dealers from south Bay to Sacramento and i made the 2 hours drive (which is very beautiful by the way) and it was well worth it. When i arrived at the dealership everything was well setup and the deal we talked on the phone was matching 100% no sneaky salesman speech, just good honest friendly people which was real
