During our road trip in Northern California, somewhere near Ukiah, our car suddenly started making a strange noise on and off. We were quite worried because we were traveling with our family, and the next day we planned to drive several hours to continue our trip—far from home. We decided to stop by Thurston Honda Ukiah for a checkup. It was almost the end of the day, and we understood that the service center was fully booked. Brad at the service center greeted us and explained the situation, which was completely understandable. He then asked a few questions and patiently listened to our description of the issue.
