the car wash is great and so are the employees. I just wish their system would make it just as easy to cancel the plan as they do to sign you up. The phone number on the receipt is only answered during normal business hours and their system does not work to allow you to cancel online. I shouldn't have to drive there to cancel!

Had a membership for over a year. January 7 went in to add my new car to the account and remove my old vehicle. This was a 25 minute process. The next week, my membership did not work. "No worries, it probably needs to cycle through with corporate". Week after, still did not work. 20 minutes trying to figure out why my account was deactivated. Was told I would receive a phone call the next day with confirmation of membership. Next week, guess what, still doesn't work. Never received a phone call and the kids working in the booth are of no help. $100/month for our membership lost to another company because of incompetence.

I have both cars with their club and I feel getting the salt off the cars is best for long term. I think this wash does a great job. The people at the wash are always very welcoming.

I paid for the $17 wash because I wanted the under body flush. My wheel wells are still dirty. The whole back of my hatch is still dirty. I love the vacuum option because those are powerful. But the rags sitting out there to use are damp and smell very musty. I wouldn't waste your time here.

This was my first time at Tidal Wave. I am very satisfied with the service. The vacuum after car wash was great too. I will be coming back 😊
