Always a great experience here! My car had so many bugs on it, and they let me go through a second time and took extra care to get everything clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Really appreciate the extra effort — I’ll definitely be back!

The person that checked me in was super friendly. The person that used the brush to pre wash/scrub my grill and bumper was super rough. I could feel the wood of his brush striking my paint and cringed and made me wat to yell at him. I could literally feel the vibrations of his brushing and the woodenn lart of the brush hitting my vehicle and banging my truck through my feet. The car wash was fast and so rough that my mirrors were forced back against the doors.. I did not expect perfection, but I also wanted to stop halfway through the wash do to the pounding if the brushes against my truck.

We have a membership as well as my son. We were so excited when we first started using this facility the car wash as well as the vacuums worked amazing with cleaning rags etc… I I am giving it a little time for correction but we are very disappointed because now and for probably the past three times we have used it maybe half the vacuums work, the rags smell like mildew and the cloth roller at the very end of the car wash cycle no longer works. I feel this is a maintenance and upkeep issue and the facility is being neglected.

Went thru this morning (Guntersville)and the man that was working the car wash was the best we have ever had! He made sure our SUV was scrubbed down and he did it quickly but most of the time we get a swipe on the windshield and one swipe or two on the back and that’s it. He was quick and thorough but did the job and a great job at that!

Their locations do a great cleaning my cars. The mont hly plan is very helpful. They keep all equipment in good condition.
