Tidal Wave Auto Spa | Car Wash

Tidal Wave is a nice service, good wash, strong vacs. But it’s the staff there that makes it really shine. Went in for a wash, late Sunday afternoon, had to fix something on my account, wasn’t looking forward to it. So one of the leads there, Kierra, says hi as she’s doing her rounds, asks if everything is good. Well, I tell her, I need to fix something on my account. Without missing a beat she leads me to the office and takes care of the situation. Makes a couple phone calls to make sure it’s done right. Extra mile, is what that is. So way to go Kierra. You rock!

Absolutely love this place! Tidal Wave in Surf City, NC offers amazing results – my car was sparkling clean, even the tires! The staff, especially Luis were super friendly and helpful. The free vacuums with towels are a huge bonus. Definitely the best car wash experience in the area, and the monthly pass is a great deal! Highly recommend for a thorough clean.

If you're looking for a place to get a car wash then Tidal Wave Auto Spa & Car Wash is the place to go. We live in North Metro Atlanta and have several of these around our house so we signed up with a monthly subscription. Well worth the investment. What's nice for us is coming to Hampstead and being able to pull through this car wash at no additional charge because of our subscription. Membership certainly does have its advantages at Tidal Wave Auto Spa. The staff year was very friendly, the facility is clean, the machines all work and function properly, and best of all the vacuums are free! Has done great jobs cleaning my car! I wanna say thanks to Rob and Luis they helped out a lot!

Everything I come here the manager and staff are so friendly. Wash does a great job on my car and my kids love the rainbow soap on the windows. Vacuums always have great suction and towels are a big help with getting sticky things from my kids off the doors and windows. Highly recommend!
