Tidal Wave Auto Spa | Car Wash

This Tidal Wave location is the best of all the locations I’ve been to, as well as other car washes I have used. I’m pretty sure I’ve left a review for this location before, but feel they could always use a good shoutout. I have a membership for my work truck that is dirty almost every time I go through the car wash, so I don’t really expect more than just wiping my windshield and sending me through because more than likely it will be right back dirty the next day. They don’t huff and puff when they see me pull in like other locations I’ve been to, they roll up their sleeves and do the best to spray all the mud off that they can in a timely manner even when I’ve told them they don’t have to, to just send me through. They always go above and beyond, especially what I would assume is the man

Great experience, the young lady that was directing me into the car wash actually took the time to clean my windows and back of the truck with the brush. She was very pleasant, Highly recommend!

Absolutely love this car wash! 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the area! Cleaned my car very well. Bryan was an absolute help, helped me choose the right wash for my car, even got me signed up for a membership. Will be coming everyday! I even uploaded before and after pics!!

Cool place, but I’m not very impressed with the actual wash itself. I had decided I would get the monthly package if my suv came out looking pretty great, but I’m passing on this one.

I have been a longstanding customer and pay the top price for the monthly membership.I own 2 businesses and have a real concern the last couple of times I have visited this location.I went there around 3:00 yesterday and pulled up waited at least 3 minutes for someone to direct me into the car wash and then didn't even scrub my car before entering.Then I get finished to vacuum my car the vacuum hose falls apart and no towels available but dirty towels completely filled up.I really do like this location but to many cheaper options.
