Tidal Wave Auto Spa | Car Wash

Me and my husband love coming here to get our cars washed. They have vaccums with strong suction, compressed air, towels and cleaning spray. You can also have your floor mats cleaned. Our cars always come out nice and clean and the staff is friendly.

I bought a membership online and it was a WHOLE ORDEAL!!! The first guy told me I would have to pay again if I wanted to wash today or I could wait until tomorrow. I bought the membership today so why can’t I use it today? Then the manager came over and told me it would be just a charge of 1 penny. That was fine. I get systems sometimes don’t update immediately, however, then when I pulled my car around I could hear the employees calling me an asshole and talking shit. They didn’t know I had the window cracked so I could hear them. I was nothing but nice to them and I just wanted someone to explain the process to me and the first guy was completely incompetent. Excellent visit today. I loved that there were microfiber towels, cleaning spray and even compressed air available for use in a well shaded location. The vacuums were strong and my car looked good. The pre-wash scrubbing done by the attendant was more thorough than I've ever experienced at a car wash, and I spoke to both of the attendants there today and they were professional and friendly. My only wish was that they offered a 24 hr "rain promise" as some other brands do - I forgot to check the weather and left under dark skies. Oh well, my car is much cleaner than it was!

Update This is my 3rd visit. I forgot to do before and after photos. My vehicle was so dirty that my daughter started writing on sides of it. One again GREAT friendly happy service. Exceptional cleaning. My vehicle looks as though it was hand washed. My tires look brand new.

Best Car Wash facility in Savannah! This place blows away the competition with its attentive staff and well-maintained grounds and equipment. Working vacuums, fresh towels, refilled spray bottles, and regularly swept service areas!!
