Tidy-Up Car Wash

Went through the automatic, it sprayed soap down one side of the vehicle then machine stopped. Gave the pull forward sign, I inched forward until I was out the exit side. I exited completely pulled back around to see the wash mechanism return to the beginning and shut off. I had to spend more money to manually rinse the soap off they was sprayed on my truck and to top it off the automatic charged my debit card $11 vs the $10 advertised price

I got ripped off 10 dollars on middle car wash refund button does not work no phone number dont use this car wash unless you want cheated out money!!!!!!

They took money off my debit card and the car wash didn’t work. There is no number to call for a refund!

Stop completely washing our vehicle after paying $10, it soaked it and it completely shut off and quit working!! Leaving our vehicle soaked, with soap. I’ve searched and searched for a phone number. This is concerning!

The place could use a little tidy-up itself. The blowers in both automated bays don't work. If we're not gonna get free prizes with our car wash anymore or be able to purchase the items that used to be in the machines next to the car wash kiosk, get rid of the nasty, broken down looking machines. I'm sorry, if it were my business, I would want to keep everything clean, and in working order at all times.
