Time Auto Parts

I Bought a complete dual exhaust system for my 2008 impala LT with a 3.9 motor. Exhaust system arrived with wrong size resonator pipe. I had to go to the local auto parts store Friday at 4 pm to purchase adapters and clamps to make the system fit. I sent Time Auto Parts an e-mail at 3 PM on Friday and they responded to me on Monday. Time Auto offered to send me a return label and would resend the correct part after I found a box to return the incorrect part they sent. I told Time Auto I purchased parts to make the system fit and they offered me $12.00 to pay for the parts that I bought and did not allow any credit for my time and gas to solve the problem they created. Heck you would have thought they could have offered $20.00 for my gas and time. I am sure I saved them more than that in sh

I am very appreciative of this business. The service manager at our local dealership was not very forthcoming, refusing to tell me over the phone what a typical range was for replacement of an exhaust part (flex joint section) I knew needed replacing, instead insisting that they run it up on the hoist for $75 to tell me what I already knew. And to top it off, the dealer price of the part (from online research... the service manager would not tell me) was TRIPLE what Time sold it to me for. And as far as I can see, the material - 490 stainless - is the same, and looks completely OEM comparable. For anyone who can do these jobs themselves, pocket the $400 extra (that's what I estimate the dealership premium would have been) it would have cost you and take your significant other out to a five

This company is awesome! I purchased the wrong exhaust not realizing that there is a difference between an exhaust for a manual and one for an automatic car. I ended up calling the company and Nelson told me to drive up (Since I only live an hour and a half from the company) and they would not have a problem exchanging the parts for me. Nelson and Dolores were extremely professional and friendly. Took care of my problem right away and did not charge me any extra fees! I am very happy with this company and the level of professionalism they displayed. Thank you Nelson and Dolores!!!!

Parts weren't even close to fitting my car, they're foreign and are not direct fit, now I have to send back on my dime. Spend the extra and get the correct parts. I could've gotten a Magnaflow exhaust for same price without the hassles of it not fitting.

It's a busy little warehouse; the manager met me in the parking lot and directed me to the office. The salesman took care of me right away. While I waited, the manager came in to make sure I was being helped and told me if there were any problems with the part to bring it back for a refund. The salesman was polite and helpful, also. I was in an out in under 15 with my part which fit perfectly. What more?
