Here’s the updated review reflecting that the shop **left the pry bar under your vehicle and broke it**: Extremely Unprofessional and Disrespectful Experience I went to Tire Brokers in Troy, AL to have tires installed, and the experience was unacceptable. The shop was under construction, which I was never informed about beforehand. I had my wife and three young children with me, making the situation even more stressful. When I asked a simple question about checking something while the vehicle was in the air, the mechanic responded in an extremely rude and dismissive manner. Instead of answering politely, I was told, “I’m not doing anything but putting tires on,” in a tone that was completely unprofessional. I wasn’t asking for free work—just a quick look that would have taken seconds. A

Purchased tires in April 2025 with alignment. We used the PCB location but they sold the location. I went in to the location they sold and they told me to contact the Troy AL location. They did not even come outside to look at my tires. The manager at the Troy location wants me to drive to Troy from FL to buy two new tires while they send the defective tires two the manufacture. It’s not my fault you sold your location. You should stand by your work. CROOKS go elsewhere

Will never use again. My husband showed up asked for them to balance his big truck tires. The young tire guy in the shop was happy to help the manager was rude and unfriendly. To the manager told the tire guy that he should not even try to balance the tires due to the name brand on the tire, that he will not get them balance out. Not only one time a few times told him. In this day and the price of things we as owner operators do what we can to keep running. If we choose to go with what ever name brand we can afford, it should not matter if we are paying someone for a service. Only gave one star so that I could leave a review.

I've used Tire Brokers for many years and have always had excellent service. I went in today for new tires,brakes and oil change. Ashley informed me that my brakes were OK so they didn't replace, which of course saved me money. I had gone in on Friday and spoke with Matt and He advised me that the tires I needed would not be in stock until today. He called me when the tires were delivered to come in for service. He is very polite and respectful. It is always a pleasure doing business at Tire Brokers of Troy.
