Tire Choice Auto Service Centers

The following is a listing of the terrible and dishonest service I have received there. I took my car in to have the alternator replaced. The mechanic told me that the Alternator was fine, but they would need to keep it for several days until the proper tech can come in to check the AC. Several days later they contacted me that the alternator was bad and did need to be replaced, and that they would fill the ac and do a dye check for leaks. I picked my car up with the alternator replaced, and the AC check done. They told me the AC was fine with no leaks. I took my car home, and the oil pressure light came on, and I could hear the serpentine belt rubbing on something. I took my passenger side front tire off to inspect the serpentine belt and noticed that one of my sensors had its wire sh

10/10 would recommend! They've taken great care of me and my car. Store Manager is a nice, easy going guy. Straightforward, no runarounds and jumping through hoops here.

I bought tires from tire choice and they were OK but then I noticed that I start losing pressure in my tires so I called the tire center, they had me to come in. They checked my tire. They told me that my tire was fine. They put some air in it, OK I noticed the next day that I needed more air in my tires so I called back as it comes to see. I have been to center at least six times within a weeks frame. I was told that my tire was fine and that I needed new sensors in my tires I got new sensors and the problem persists the very next day after me spending so much money , they told me that they found a hole in the wall of my tire and that my warranty did not cover that that is a bunch of crap. This is the worst place I’ve ever been to. I would not suggest him they can’t even get a star from m

I've been here for a new tire and for an oil change, and each time the service was friendly and professional. It really took the anxiety out of car maintenance for me, and I really appreciate that. I will absolutely be coming back here in the future!

I had a slow leak in my rear tire I called and the new management told me sure come right in we can take care of you in a timely manner. I showed up and after some paperwork they had it on the rack fixing my tire. I sure do appreciate the fast service and the up front honest response.
