Hey all, for amazing and very friendly service, visit TIRE CHOICE in Lancaster, Ohio. These guys are amazing, prices are very fair, and you couldn't get better customer service anywhere. David and Matt are amazing. I had a rattling under my vehicle, not sure why, but David checked it out, consuted with Matt, who fixed it, and for absolutely NO extra charge. God is good and so are they! Thank you guys for amazing service and a job well done!
We had just driven 400 miles to visit family and friends in Ohio when we discovered the inside of our relatively new rear tires were worn to the steel belts. unbeknown to us, the rear of our van was out of alignment. i took it to matt and the guys at tire choice auto center and they were able to realign the rear of our van and snag us two matching new tires to get us back home. they were great to work with and i appreciated their help.
Went to Tire Choice in Lancaster today for a battery replacement and oil change. I was treated very respectfully and professionally by David the manager. Upon discussing my needs, he took my car into one of the bays, where Chase worked on my vehicle. I am very happy with the service, knowledge, and friendliness of both David and Chase. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here!
Had a nagging problem of low speed vibrations in my driveline. Turned out to be a problem with a front axle. The Tire Choice mechanics spent the time to diagnose the issue and went out of their way to insure the problem was fixed. Highly recommend this shop. Thanks David and Matt for a great experience!
Employees were very helpful. Did a great job . And didn't treat me like an idiot. Because there are to many places like that!
