I would give this store a 0 star if I could! Every time I have been in this store, I have been treated with nothing but rudeness and unprofessional employees. I am a first-time customer. I will not be a returning customer. I took my vehicle in on October 21, 2025 to have my driver side back tire sensor replaced due to the console display. When I was checking out, I was informed that my right front tire sensor had been replaced. I asked why when I could clearly see from the photo I have included that it was the driver side back tire. I was rudely told that the computers and consoles were not to be trusted. I was also told that all of my tire sensors needed to be replaced. I paid $99.20 for ONE tire sensor. I want a FULL refund because the very next day the exact same tire sensor showed as b

I had a service done here and they charged me $430. I was blown away. I call another place and they price the same service to me for $210. This place is extremely expensive and they charge more than double of other places. They should be ashamed. The economy is bad enough with people trying to make ends meet and then the charge double. Do not go here. Plus the guy I felt with seems like an unfriendly guy and it made me feel like he was annoyed by me even being there. I never leave reviews on anything but I strong felt the need to warn people to save their money. But if you enjoy paying more than double then this is the place for you

I came in worried after my car kept notifying me of low tire pressure. I filled them with air, but the warning came right back. I suspected a hole in one of my tires. After reading great reviews about Tire Choice Auto Service Center in Morristown, I made an online appointment the same day. Their website even had coupons, and luckily one was for a free tire inspection. I showed up on time for my 5pm appointment and spoke with Claudio. By 5:18pm, they had inspected my tire and found the issue wasn’t the tire itself but the valve. They replaced it FREE of charge, and I was on my way. Excellent service, quick turnaround, and honest staff. Highly recommend them!

Do not recommend. This was my first and last time going to this shop. I scheduled to have 4 new tires put on and an alignment done. When I arrived for my appointment I was told in a rude tone that they would not have the tires for a couple more days. I was desperate and running on a spare so I said that was fine. When I went to pick up my car, I only had 2 new tires, and no alignment was done. Under the services requested area on my receipt, it said “wheel alignment,” and at the bottom of the receipt, it said the wheel alignment was “declined by customer,” even though I never received a call from them about it and I had clearly stated I needed it done. I am very disappointed and irritated with this experience. Calling customer service does NOTHING and none of them care at all. Please save

My daughter had to stop after work to patch a tire that kept going low. It wasn't able to be patched safely and we got a new tire. The service was fantastic and quick. The gentleman that helped her was super nice and informative. It didnt even take 30 minutes and he had her safely on the road again. I would definitely recommend them!
