Truly grateful for the prompt and pleasant service! ✨️💫 Just wanted my tire pressure checked, and they did it for free on the spot. Also, they advised me that the treads were ok yet but that my tires were likely old and cracking! 😬🛞 They checked the size of tires on my vehicle and quickly quoted me a range of options to replace them with. Planning to go back soon to get a safe set of wheels to drive. Their expertise and help is greatly appreciated!

Tried calling for 50 minutes so I can pay over the phone and at least get my truck back this evening. NOPE!!! NEVER successful!!! The call center is useless as well!!! Oh yeah said they "we sent a message to the manager..." Yeah if anyone was. I think they make up their own hours, especially when it cones to closing!! If you close at 6pm or sooner then advised that!!! Don't say you are open to 7pm when you are not!!

LJ and Kyle at the O'Fallon, MO store saved my day. I was stuck with a flat tire, with no jack. I was a little down the road, and I had been having a terrible day. The manager, LJ, said he would send someone to get my tire off the car and bring it to the shop to put a new one on the rim, then bring the tire back to my car. Kyle showed up not too long after. He was very kind. He took my tire off the car and brought me and my son with him to wait at the shop while they put the new tire on my rim. They worked quickly to get it done as soon as they could. These guys were my literal heroes. I can't thank them enough. I will definitely go back and I highly recommend this shop! Thanks guys!

Great experience. Went in with my daughter's car thinking she probably needed 4 new tires. Also, needed state inspection and emissions. Told the manager that we plan on getting rid of the car in about a year. He called me out to show me tred and let me know that the back tires really had little wear. So, instead of just getting extra sales out of me, he showed a lot of integrity. I called for an appointment on a Thursday and got in on a Friday. I didn't have anyone to pick me up, so I expected to wait for a few hours. It was almost disappointing that I was out the door with 2 new tires, a state inspection that he went over with me, and emissions testing compete in about 45 min.
