Tire Choice Auto Service Centers

Overall my experience was good. Be patient with the staff. They are open 7 days a week and they are juggling appointments and walk-ins. My first visit was a walk-in to patch my tire so it took a little longer than everyone else that had appointments. However I came back the next day for a tire rotation and alignment because they did give me good service and they were nice to me and their prices are reasonable. I didn't get five stars because the first day I was there there was a young lady that walked in after me with no appointment but they took her before me. After I brought it to the technicians attention he did apologize but that was 30 minutes I could have been closer to leaving. Otherwise yes I would go back there. I'm a person of patience but when I come for an State Inspection and I know for sure I'm the first one at the door standing in the cold at 6:45 and people walk up well after me with NO APPOINTMENT and get their car inspected before mine and gone and I'm still sitting in the waiting room thats crazy. If I known it was random and not first come serve I would have came late and probably would have been first to be done instead. 🙃 AND THE WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF STAY CLEAR YOU'VE BEEN WARNED

With a short explanation of what I was looking for the technician mad a few suggestions and escorted me to the warehouse where I made my selection. He was dead on in understanding my needs. After a short wait my vehicle was on the lift Everything went well and within an hour I was on my way. The tires are great. The service provided was great The price was great.

I was in dire need of some tires before my inspection sticker ran out and I came across Tire Choice Auto Service Center online. We checked out the website and decided to pay them a visit, the salesman was very nice and funny. He showed me a couple of print outs for tires that would fit my car, they had some good incentives to go with the tires. I asked did they have them in stock and he said yes, I asked could they install them that day and he said sure. I gave up my keys and it took about an hour and a half (give or take) for everything. I couldn't have found a better service or deal on the same day. I would definitely recommend them. Good job guys, I will be back for my future rotations and alignments.

I had a great experience with tire choice , they were able to put 4 tires and an oil change on the spot , Cassandra Jones took the time to explain everything ,checked all tires for me , with expert knowledge and b patience !! the guys also did great work !
