Tire Choice Auto Service Centers

Not the worst place for service. But far from great. I've gone here 3 times in the past year or so. Came here basically because there was groupons for an oil change with a tire rotation. 1st experience was good. No issues. 2nd experience we brought my daughter's car and they stripped the drain plug for the oil pan. Then couldn't get it out so I had to take it to Pep Boys and they got it out no problem. The guy behind the desk at Tire Choice signed off on the groupon so I could use it at a later date. Which was a plus. Last experience was not great either. Brought my vehicle in to kill time before i had to pick up my son from the school. There were no other cars in any bays. One guy behind the counter and one guy lounging in the shop. I travel alot for work and rack up miles on my car pretty quickly. I was staying at the quality inn in the same parking lot and saw this place and decided to schedule an appointment for an oil change. Mike the store manager was a very nice guy. I had a tire rotation, oil change, checked to see if I needed to replace my brakes (at no cost) and fluids topped off all for the very reasonable price of $85. I have been to other auto shops and had the same service done and paid alot more. I personally highly recommend coming here for car maintenance if you're in the area. I'd give it more than 5 stars if I could

Highly recommend! My son was traveling and had exhaust issue on the highway. We chose Tire Choice because they were closest to where it happened and certainly happy they were because their service was excellent. Bryan and Woody were extremely helpful and friendly, provided great service and had in done in a day which got my son traveling back to school quickly after an unexpected event. Thanks!

Great experience there, as always. Mike was and is always good to me and my family. News brakes are excellent and far exceeded my overall expectations. I'm going back to this specific location in Wilkes-Barre PA this coming week for some additional repairs.

I have been taking my family's vehicles to Tire Choice(Monroe Muffler) for many years and have dealt with Manager Mike Good and Service Manager Bryan Leikheim whom treat us like family - both have treated me and my family with professionalism, knowledge and have excellently repaired our vehicles along with great prices. We will continue to service our vehicles with TC.
