Second and Last Time Coming Here This was my second time buying a set of tires from this place—and it will definitely be the last. They jacked up my car incorrectly, ignoring the designated frame points and lifting it under the plastic covering instead. As a result, they punctured the undercarriage, and now the bottom of my left rear door is bowed out. I showed the staff pictures and explained the damage, but the person I spoke with just stared at me in disbelief, offering no real response or accountability. I won't be spending another dollar here. If you're reading this, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else—pronto.

Don’t buy tires from this place, they sell bad tires and then when you approach them about it, they don’t give refunds or provide you with a replacement. When you call and confront them, they block your number. Please don’t buy tires here. Bad business

So I have 6 vehicles and tire depot has been good to until today. Brought my car on Friday to diagnose a slow leak and install 2 new tires. They said it was valve stem leaking. Had it replaced , here it is Monday and the same tire is flat. I took it back, they looked at it on the car, and said my rim is cracked. They don't know where. So sad cause I liked their service, I have spent a lot of money there. Will not support them anymore and I have already contacted my friends to do the same. If you are reading this be careful and aware of their unprofessionalism and scam. BTW took it to another tire shop, rim was dirty on inside and slowly leaking as tire did not sit on the rim properly. No more leaks.

They Sold Me A Tire That They KNEW Was The Wrong Size & It Had A Leak . Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND! & I Will Be Reporting Them To The Better Business Bureau Because That Is A Safety Hazard !
