They were quick on getting me in on same service, but they were closing when I picked my two vehicles that I just payed $2,500 dollars to have all new tires installed on, upon the pick up of one vehicle my TMPS was throwing up Code on my Dashboard for the front Left tire, on the right front side they broke off a hub bolt and did not tell me about either issue’s as they let my wife leave off driving it upon pick up. Very frustrating and disappointing to spend that kind of money for car care and safety concerns where not taken into consideration from this location.
If I could leave a zero I would! I bought four tires that came with the free alignment. The alignment was not done while my car was there. so I had to bring it back at a later date at a 5pm appointment. They told me it would be an hour and a half, I returned two hours later at 7 and my car still hadn’t been taken care of or even started. I did not receive a call or text to let me know they were not running on time, And when addressed had no solutions other than to make me wait another hour Or so. They completed the alignment and it was still bad! forcing me to bring it back again, I’ve been a dedicated tire discounter customer for ever but I will not be anymore. Do not waste your time or money here!
Needed a new tire for my Nissan so I made an inquiry for an appointment online. After 24 hours of no response I called the location to see if they received my information and if they could get the tire I requested. They had received my information but did not have the time to call me or e mail me back. The man on the phone went through the information and said the tire would be in the shop by 2:00 and they would call me when it arrived. At 4:00 I hadn’t heard anything back so I called to confirm and the man had no information and requested to call me back. Almost immediately called me back and said the delivery driver had literally just pulled up. The online price was $321.74 plus tax. The man on the phone quoted me $357. Not going to go into full details, let’s just say mistakes were made at a different location. That location did everything they could… but it just got to the point that I felt the only way to correct the issue was a refund and to start over at a completely different shop. I refuse to say anything bad about that shop, this could have been a one off mistake and my other experience there were normal. Based on the totality of this situation, there were some honest mistakes that were very specific to my vehicle and some small ones not related to my vehicle that when all added together turned into a very big issue. Wow. What an amazing experience. I booked online for 11:00 AM on October 4th, chose the drop-off option, and even called ahead to double-check. I was reassured—don’t worry, we’ve got your tires in stock, it’ll be ready by 4:00. Silly me for believing that. I drove all the way from Cincinnati, thinking how convenient it would be to pick up in Florence the next day. When I dropped off my keys, there wasn’t even a pen at the drop box. But hey, no big deal—I had filled out the booking form, they had my contact info, and I even got a shiny confirmation text. Clearly, everything was under control.
