Will Reichle & his team went way over & beyond my expectations. A tire on my trailer went flat & my spare was shredded. I had a 10am appointment, so Will got three employees right onto my repair & it was like Nascar!!! I was out & on the road in 35 minutes!!! I would definitely recommend.

I just wanted to say thank you to Andrew, at your Oak Ridge location. I recently had an unexpected flat tire that occurred at the most inconvenient time. After initially calling and inquiring about scheduling, Andrew, who was working the front by himself, efficiently took care of me, got my vehicle serviced and repaired, and had me back on the road later that day. His welcoming demeanor, efficiency in diagnosing the issues, and responsiveness in facilitating the repair and communicating back to me, did not go unnoticed. The entire encounter was friendly from start to finish. Honestly, one of the best experiences overall I have ever had at any car repair location. Tire Discounters in Oak Ridge, have been SO GOOD to us over the last few years!! They've helped us same day almost EVERY time we call and do an incredible job! Even right after winter storms. Cannot recommend this place enough! They also have military discount and are super reasonably priced!
