EDIT: *****Notice how literally every other review has a response? It's because I'm not only right, I have irrefutable proof. Posted below. I've been blue collar my whole life, and I've worked on cars for decades. You cannot just profile someone because they walk in with a polo shirt and dressed like someone who you *think* doesn't know anything about cars. A similar thing happened to me at THIS location over a decade ago. I personally rebuilt the suspension on a '96 Honda Civic. Wheels bearings, inner and outer tie rod ends, ball joints, etc. Brought it in for an alignment and was told my tie rod ends were "shot" and needed replacement. I showed the salesperson my receipts from the newly purchased parts and they got defensive. Guess what? That car drove great for 60k miles afterwards.****

I have been going to tire discounters for awhile with all three of my vehicles. BUT NOW NEVER AGAIN. They damaged my rim and I brought to their attention 5 minutes after paying. Said the had camera footage showing they never dropped it but never allowed me to look at the camera footage. Doubt they had it or you would show it and we wouldn't have a problem. Said they would call me the following week never did. So as you have on your sign I WILL ALWAYS BE GOING TO YUYR COMPETITOR AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE USE YIYR SERVICES.

Awesome customer support from this group in the Walton store. They were able to get me in last minute and change my break pads in 30 minutes. Rob Dixon dont mess around when it comes to customer service! 5 stars!!

i would rate it lower but i’m giving a 3 only because of the lovely lady i talked to she was extremely sweet and she gets points added, but i brought my bmw to get my tires replaced because my tire blew out on me, also got a free alignment and oil change which was awesome :) but however, now that i have my car back i noticed my car now wiggles??? as if my tire is gonna pop off or something, and now when i try to merge over sometimes it feels like my car doesn’t want to straighten itself back out and i’m now jerking all over the road because of that, my car is worse off then it was before i took it to them (besides the tire blow out) and now i’m gonna have to spend the extra money to take it somewhere else because this place isn’t very reliable. it’s best to probably not take your car here

Went to get 4 new tires and alignment ordered tires at 8 am they said tires would be there at 11 i droped car off at 10:30 later came back around 11:30 work still was not started at 12:30 was told they were not sure they could align it i informed them that tie rod ends had only been on jeep for 6 months and should not be a problem at 1:30 they told me they could not get tire off the wheels and would not be able to do my tires they were going to put my tires back on this did not get done till 4:00 so I spent all day at a tire shop that can not even take tires off a rim. This is a very serious issue. Now I'm getting the tires put on elsewhere and will have to pay for an alignment elsewhere also. Your teams inability costed me 5 hours of my time and I'm having to spend more money to get wor
