A pot hole or rock while driving up the grapevine bent two wheels and had to replace front wheel bearing. Replaced wheels and hub assembly, and stopped by Tire Empire for alignment. First time here, place was recommended by Precision Auto on White. Steering wheel is level and car tracks straight. Can’t remember the last time a shop did the work as expected. Tire Empire did. Also, most shops say “you have to go to BMW” and Tire Empire is proof that isn’t true. Appreciate the crew at Tire Empire. Joe

Best service, knowledge, expertise and very honest. No trying to sell you stuff you didn't need. Eric is the owner and guy upfront at the counter. I was really surprised the work I had done didn't cost a lot more. Parts were in stock and wait was incredibly fast. Very comfortable waiting area w TV and Cash the dog and I'd come back just to hang with him! Best in town!

Terrible customer service. I took a vehicle here today to get some tires mounted and balanced. A simple job that shouldn't have taken long at all. The man in the front cut me off, and told me someone else would be with me. Another man came in, and rudely asked what I needed. When explaining to him, he told me " it's technically lunch time, I don't know know what you expect me to do". The workers were still working on vehicles and their was 2 people waiting for their vehicles to be done. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Very much appreciate this shop. They fixed my car for an affordable price and took the time to talk to me about my car. I also got my car back the same day which was great. Very good service and customer service.

I show up at 4:45 asking to patch my tire and the worker told me that they are closing at I called and they closed at 5:30 crazy how they will not patch a tire with 45 minutes left to close
