On my initial visit, I didn’t feel that my business was truly appreciated. However, I was genuinely impressed when the owner, Ash, personally reached out after reading my initial review. He showed real concern, took responsibility, and immediately addressed and corrected the issue caused by an employee who was not meeting the standards he expects. The service I received during my follow-up visit was a complete night-and-day difference. Ash’s primary concern was making things right and ensuring he didn’t lose my business...and that meant a lot to me. That level of customer service is rare, and it’s the kind of service I’m happy to support and confidently recommend to others. I caught a flat in Vinton on my way to Baton Rouge. I grew up in Lake Charles so it was a planned stop. This was the first time here. I arrived with the donut late, after 7 pm. This is for a new RDX that I just purchased 3weeks prior. Guys hooked me with with a new tire, 235/55/19 and had it on in 15 mins. Was back on the highway to BTR! Really appreciate you guys for taking care of me! 💪🏾

When i say this is one of the worst things experiences i’ve ever had with a tire shop this has been the worst. One of their employees stripped my whole entire bolt which i’ll give credit that he put new bolts on there but y’all damaged two rims and all y'all could do is take off $20? I didn’t even get to see how bad it was till today.

Amed is very nice helped me out didn’t even have to he noticed my lugs was not the correct size and helped me out. Very good guy. Get him a Raise asap
