Ah it hurts to write this review becuase of the Convenientness of this shop in and out but unfortunately they don’t do honest work I’ve only gotten my tires from here used becuase it’s a older car since the day they replaced my 1st tire I experienced vibration didn’t know what it was just thought it was a old car time goes on and I pick up the automotive trade so I lift my car up to find that none of my tires have been balanced ever on top of that they told me my studs were no good and cannot put no tire on my car until they fix em I told em to fix the side they broke they charge me for it I go to the shop to look at the other side w the same exact lugs on it (reason they cut my studs for wrong lug size) but I was able to replace a tire and clearly see no damage to the other side of stud

About 7 months ago is when I first experienced the Tire Guy. I was use to going to KeKe's of Atlantic to get my tires. So a friend took me over there and I bought 4 new tires. I have heard so much about the Tire Guys Service and I was truly impressed with their service that I told the guy I would come back. I come back 7 months later bc I had a blowout of the left side of my tire while driving down the road. Thank God for keeping his hand on me and that truck to allow me to get to the nearest gas station. I sat at that gas station for a little over 4 hours waiting on someone to pick me up. I finally got to the Tire Guy in time to drop my truck off. I was told prior to leaving that it looked like my suspension was gone! The 2 tires in the back looks good it was just the front 2 tires that

***EDIT*** Joe (Owners son) called me and apologized and was extremely awesome. I had already bought the tires they said they didn’t have somewhere else but I will go back to them because of Joe… Joe is the type of person who should be running businesses and people like Freddy should never be anywhere close to managing anything… Thank you to Joe for calling me and making things right! Absolutely terrible customer service. I called being 45 mins away from them to verify tires in stock and they said yes. Drove there and talked to Freddy who said he was a manager and didn’t have the tires in stock. Asked to be reimbursed $20 for my fuel and he said no. Asked for mount and balance to be covered for my return trip next day and he said no. Absolutely terrible customer service and I gue

I went based on a Facebook ad for new tires. $240 is what I was quoted. I already had a mechanic look and I knew what was wrong with my car. Only to be taken advantage of. I’ve made 3 trips to have the alignment done correctly. Passed on their machine 2x and it drove worse than when I brought it in. Only to find out I needed additional work and then the alignment redone! The manager is extremely knowledgeable and did get my brake light off, after I drove an hour back to the shop…this was out of courtesy since my “actual problem “ was my ball joints, and I couldn’t spend an additional $500 to get my car to drive right. They refuse to reimburse me of any money. Total scam. If you need a simple swap of tires I’m sure these are your guys. If you’re a guy. Females beware!! Not a female

It’s not a female friendly shop at all especially if you don’t take interest in the flirting. The first time I went they sold me the wrong size tire. I go today to get a patch for my tire and they tell me it can’t be patched. Instead, tried to make me buy a new tire which I refused because I knew it could be patched. I went right over to Oak City tires and they patched it no problem. Ladies beware of this place they think we are dumb and will try to make you spend money you don’t have to.
