Tire Kingdom

During an already stressful time of moving our son's camper south to start a new job, two of his four tires blew. We called Tire Kingdom and they got us in right away! Not only did they replace the blown tires, but they made sure the others were safe, and even topped off the air in our car's tires. Knowing our tires were going to get us to our destination safely gave us the peace of mind we desperately needed. Thank you for your quality customer service 👏

Customer service was great! We were away from home with a mechanical problem needing immediate attention. They went above a beyond to get us where we wanted to go while working on our car. The job was going to take about 7 hours to fix so one employee transported us to and from our destination which was 30 minutes away. Only two minor negative issues. - A little pricey as the end price was over $300 more than the original quote. - A tire pressure sensor was broke during remounting new tires. I pulled out of the drive at closing time and the low tire indicator light came on. However, I took it to a local Tire Kingdom the following day when returning home and they replaced it with no labor charge. - Lastly, I had to buy new tire valve caps because they failed to put my other four back on

Michael is so professional and made sure to go over many tire options with me , also Richard did a wonderful job installing my new set of tires . I have come here for years and they are so pleasant !

I had a flat; Gunnar replaced the bad valve stem at no charge, and gave me great info on replacing the swollen lug nuts. Great store. Mike at front desk and Mat along with Gunnar. What a great team!! I'll be back to this store, for sure, when I need automotive help.
