Usually have a good experience at the new Sutherlin location, Whent to have new tires on 2/17/25 Google says open till 6Pm. I Drive down a few blocks Sign says OPEN but door is locked and a barely "closed" sign visible as no tire tech available on Monday. No big deal decided to come in after work today 2/18 at 4:45 and when i arrive they are just closing up as dude on duty has a "Meeting" and closing early. what a pile of crap I get meetigs happen but shouldent this "meeting have taken place yesterday when you were not staffing? wish I could give no stars. 😡
These place is great. They helped us so much through our travels. Great prices and they were even closed and still helped us. If it wasn't for them we would had been stuck. So ty tire monkey!
Hey this was a great experience. they don't try to sell you anything you don't need unlike that big tire chain that said we needed tires when we didn't. The guy at tire Monkey said our tires were fine.
Thank you for getting us a very affordable tire to replace our spare on Christmas Eve! You were one of the only tire shops still open. Fast and friendly service.
