Chris from Tire Solutions drove down to Fort Bragg today to replace the two front tires on my backhoe. They said he will be there at 1 pm., and he was, on the dot! Chris was Very professional and represented this company well. I believe that Chris is a great asset to Tire Solutions. We need more people like Chris. Thank you Tire Solutions and Thank you Chris!

Best experience I’ve had with any company in a long time. First, a real person answers the phone … Gene … and he is professional, knowledgeable, and does exactly what he says he’s going to do, plus he is responsive and an excellent communicator. The Rocky Mount store also works closely with their other locations and they work together to help their customers. They found the tires I needed for a forklift, promised a quick delivery date but said they’d deliver earlier if possible. To be honest, I wasn’t expecting them to make delivery earlier but the district manager worked with Gene to personally pick up the tires we needed and actually made delivery 2 days earlier than expected. No hiccups, no excuses, just excellent service and products … can’t say enough good things about Tire Solutions

The service was fast and good, and the customer service was exceptional. I would definitely give it a 5-star rating.

They have fast and good service for semi truck and trailer tires and rims
