Tire Warehouse Kauai

Slow leak on Turo rental turned out to be dangerously worn rear tires (should have checked, I now know). Kelly (sp?) and crew were amazing: dealt with host; replaced tires quickly; and treated us (and our kids) like family. This is likely why they have been around 50+ years. Highly recommend this shop.

We were on vacation when our rental car tire went flat. They quickly and efficiently fixed the tire within half an hour, and the price was amazing. We are very grateful for such a company.

I needed an alignment. I called and got the next appointment I could. I got there 5 minutes early. They were busy but had my car on the rack at the exact time scheduled despite the fact it was the last appointment on a Saturday. Quick and top notch work. Front of house are courteous and efficient. No reason to go anywhere else.

We were immediately helped as we pulled into the warehouse parking lot. We had a slow leak in our tire that was found and fixed quickly. We were in and out within 10 minutes.

I took it in for alignment today. I didn't approve parts and they charged me an extra 400 dollars I didn't approve of and to top it off the alignment the said they gave me is bad My steering wheel is crooked and pulls to the right, the zirc fittings are loose, they damaged my brake dust shield and no grease in the parts they installed, drove it once is worse than when i started. This isnt the first time ive taken alignment into this shop to have to them redo it. After they stole 400 dollars from me. Never had this issue would never do work without approving of it first. he didn't give me a good reason why the were bad. Called and told me a adjusting sleeve was bad to call me back after they close to tell me to pickup car next day and they replaced a bunch of unapproved parts. Wont be refer
