TireMax Kent

Bought $500 in tires here. Hit a pothole & sliced one open. Went to tire max for help as it was just up the street. Caleb at the counter told me to drive it home on the rim & call a tow truck. He said it would take weeks to order the tire. Just beware, folks.

Very happy with my tire installation here. Most tire shops shy away from servicing any Tesla but not TireMax. They did an EXCELLENT job and had everything needed to install new Goodyears on my Model Y. Jim was also great at explaining the origins of the company and their focus on quality, cleanliness and serving the customer. I have never been to a tire shop so clean and with a waiting room so comfortable and equipped if you need to get work done or have young kids with you via the playroom. Looking forward to my return!

Logan, Tim, and the auto-Technican Tom took excellent care of my needs today! My car had a significant issue come on unexpectedly. I was driving down the road and saw their sign said," Complete Auto Care". Tom diagnosed the issue, and they replaced the radiator. This process took less than 2 hours, and my care was parked out front ready for me to drive away! Much gratitude, guys!!! I was in a tough spot. I definitely know where to go to in Kent now!

Called Tire Max as a replacement to a different mechanic shop that told me they could get me in same day and could not. Mark at the front desk was more than happy to see to it that I was fixed same day, and in a very timely manner. I definitely plan on coming here more in the future for future repairs, thank you to everyone there!

Stranded on a cross country trip. Local shops were booked for a week out. TireMax had me back on the road in two hours. Great work that required some problem solving at a very fair price. Waiting room is bright and comfortable and the excellent coffee is a welcome surprise. Very friendly staff. These guys really rescued me.
