Tires Plus

Service was quick, but the way this location handles coupons is extremely disappointing. Before coming in, I called to confirm the price for an oil change. I was given a set amount over the phone. When I arrived and mentioned the coupon advertised on their own website, the price suddenly went up — conveniently adjusting so that the “discount” brought it right back to the original quote. That’s not a discount. That’s manipulating pricing to make the coupon meaningless. To make it worse, while I was there, another customer was having issues with a coupon as well. It clearly wasn’t just a one-time misunderstanding. They advertise these offers online, but they don’t seem willing to honor them properly once you show up. I didn’t mind paying for the oil change. What I do mind is false advertis

This is my 3rd or 4th visit to this Tires Plus and each time I've had a great experience. My most recent experience led me to write this review. Scott's customer service was awesome as he predicted my needs and scheduled me an appointment before I realized I wasn't going to make it in the day before. Harrington's work is efficient while he provides education. If you are in the Southern MD area and need Tires plus, I highly recommend this location.

Cheryl was amazing!!! I did not have an appointment, but was able to walk in and have my car serviced quickly and efficiently! Cheryl was very helpful and friendly. I appreciate the care and service I received today! Definitely would be a repeat customer!

If you schedule someone for 3 o'clock. Dont make them wait til 4:15 to even be seen foe the first time. Blamed it on "we are down a man" so if youre short staffed you should adjust your schedule to accommodate the customer. Not fill your schedule regardless and make people wait. Im convinced mr tire and tires plus compete to see which one is better at having the worst service.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Mary at the front desk made sure I knew that they were running behind and offered to reschedule or to find me a ride home so i could leave my car and come back later. Despite the expected delays, they were able to get my oil changed, routine diagnostic and my tires rotated in about 2 hours. They called me to let me know my car was ready and they were extremely apologetic for the delay when I picked it up. Just as a reference, I waited twice as long a dealership for the same service, without the courtesy and kindness of the staff and for three times the cost. I'll go back to tires plus ever time.
