Sean greeted me in a very courteous manner. He listened carefully as to the purpose for my visit. Took time to walk out and visually inspect my vehicle to validate tire size request. Checked the inside door of vehicle for 2nd tire size confirmation and then we went back into the office to review options. The entire process was smooth, options were given and reviewed, there was no push for higher or lower priced products. He asked about driving habits and what I expected in a tire product. We then looked at several products, he apprised me of various sales options and after I finalized my selection, Sean proceeded to work up an invoice inclusive of all the details. HORRIBLE service. Took my car in on Thurs. 2/19 @ 3:10 p.m for diagnostics for engine light. Was told by Brennan that the only Tech to do this wouldn't be in until Sat. I informed Brennan that I needed the car back by Sat.2/21. By Sat.afternoon, no call to give me results of diagnostics. When I called, I was told no ticket for the work and the Tech was gone (2:00 p.m). I had to pickup my car and take somewhere else. I was told the manager,Darrick, the listed manager, was out sick, but Brennan told me on Thurs. he was in FL. It appears that a lot of young individuals work at this location and no leadership when the manager is out. I use to go to this location years ago but stopped because the staff was a young staff and customer service wasn't good. I find it irresponsible for a manager to

I recently had my brake pads and rotors replaced, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The mechanic took the time to clearly explain what needed to be done and why, which I really appreciated. The work was completed quickly and efficiently, and my car now drives and stops like it’s brand new. There’s no more squeaking or grinding — just smooth, responsive braking. It’s such a relief knowing my vehicle is safe and in top condition again.

Great customer service from Brennan. He is very informative. The maintenance on our kia was done in a reasonable time. Anything else needed done to be done they informed us in a timely manner. There were no surprises and we really appreciated his honesty.
