Tires Plus

I’ve been coming to this Tires Plus location for years. The staff is amazing and the technicians are honest and professional. Just had a big maintenance job for my older car and the price was completely fair. They don’t try to upsell you or recommend unnecessary parts. More importantly my car drives like it’s brand new. I consistently feel like their top priority is helping their customers, which is why I’ll continue to bring my vehicles here. Highly recommended!

Great experience. Called, made the appointment, showed up and within a few minuets the car was back in the shop. Tires were mounted, alignment performed and I was done in under an hour. Staff was very polite and service was top tier. Highly recommend if you need any kind of automotive work.

Don't bother going to these guys for a pre purchase inspection!! I went with an Audi I was test driving and I was told that the vehicle was good to purchase and had no mechanical issues. Here it is 2 weeks later and I'm being told by a mechanic that the transmission needs to be replaced. 🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️ I could have bought a lemon without the assistance of Tires Plus!! Thanks for nothing!!

Jacob was amazing! He made sure that I got the right size tire, I came in a few minutes before closing, and he still took care of me in a respectful and courteous manner. I had had a terrible day and he literally melted the stress of a flat tire away. He didn’t give me anything but excellent customer service and I would recommend this shop to anyone that’s looking for an excellent experience. I will be coming back to the shop for all my needs whenever I am in the area

I am a customer of this store not because they offer a different type of specialized tire service but only because of their amazing customer service! I went in today after discovering a nail an hour before a trip to North Georgia. Jacob was awesome! He said he likely could make my departure deadline but it would be right on the button. Well he under promised and over delivered- my favorite type of customer service! Got me out of there with ten minutes to spare. Jacob and the team working all the other customers are truly special.
