Alignment and full car check - Less than thrilled with the service as they were understaffed for the time I was there, 3 pm and on, and instead of taking accountability blame was passed onto staff who were doing their job. Front of the store staff told me verbally what they found my car could use and then had emergency (the service done didn't work and was like they didn't do it at all and they sent the customer home without his car) with MANY phone calls. . .all while the back was waiting to hear if I wanted any of those issues fixed. By the time the man in front was able to give me an estimate the next customer came in for the service my car was supposed to have so they just serviced his car while making me wait and telling me it was now too late to have any of the suggested items done

Most car places I do not trust, but I have been going to this location for more than 30 years. Unfortunately, today, I brought my car in for an oil change and a tire rotation. It turns out my manufacturer brakes were at the end of their life span. I did not question them once, despite the hit to my credit card. They are trustworthy, very nice, and I told them my financial situation and they helped me out as much as feasible. I highly recommend this location and the people that work therein.

Went in for a slow leak repair and tire was down 20 PSI the next day. Would give 0 stars if possible. Front desk tried to sell me on a valve gasket repair that I previously had looked at with dealer and dealer did not recommend repair. They should probably focus on doing simple things correctly instead of selling services that are very much beyond their mechanics ability.

This would be a 5 star review but I had problem at the end. I brought my vehicle in with an ABS/Brake light issue. I asked for a full diagnostic of anything wrong with the vehicle. The fee was about $120. Communication was excellent and the vehicle was turned around the next day. There was an issue on my end with payment and they were nice enough to hold the vehicle until I could pay. This is where the problem occurred. When I paid to get my vehicle back, it would not start. I went inside and informed them. They jumped it. In the past week I have had nothing but car problems. I told them about them and asked them if I needed to replace the battery. I asked 4 separate times. They told me they would only recommend replacing the battery due to age. I drove 1.5 miles down the road to a grocer

I had an excellent experience at Egan Tires Plus as is always the case. I brought my vehicle in because I could hear the brake shoes chirping. It turned out that the brake pads were within specification and no work needed to be done. The service manager Kevin was helpful, knowledgeable and engaging. Based on this and past experience I will have all my vehicle maintenance done at this location. THANKS
