Tires Plus

I got my tires changed by them about a year ago, 2 days later 4/5 lug nuts were loose. I called and complained and they offered a free oil change. Now a year later Im doing my brakes and one of the lug nuts looks to have been melted and rounded off completely. So now I’ll spend an extra hour trying to get 1 lug nut off because someone at tires plus decided that their work was acceptable. Absolutely would not recommend and if you go there NEVER have the last appointment, they’ll put going home soon over your lug nuts being tightened.

All communication was great from the tow dropping off my car after hours to communicating what was wrong, how much it would cost, and how long it would take. The ability to text was also great. I gave it a 9 instead of 10 (in the internal survey) because during the pickup there was a lack of friendly conversation which felt weird compared to all other interactions. He also didn't explain the invoice at all. In fairness to whomever was working, they don't have to be perfect all the time and I kind of walked in like a tornado. That's why I gave it a nine/five stars. It was almost a perfect experience. My car starts up nice and strong since they replaced the starter.

I recently my brakes done here and got new struts put on my car. Both times I dropped off my car early in the morning around 7am and the car was done sometime the same day that afternoon. I appreciated the work and amount of detail that goes into their paper print outs of items that may be needed in the future for your car. As a person who did not usually drive around much it is always a blessing to be wary of things needed in the future, to be able to budget accordingly. They are always ready and waiting to answer any questions I had regarding the car and further details of the car. Keep working hard and serving others with great service.

Have never had a better experience with my car. Dan was the best help. I am new to town and when my car needed a lot of fixing, Dan helped me out getting me a loaner car and keeping me updated with everything going on with my car. He helped get services for the best price and was up front and honest about what was needed to be done for my safety driving my car. I appreciate everything Dan did!

They get the job done but some prices are outrageous so be aware of what they are upsetting you. In my case 100$ for a simple 30$ cabin filter and a 2 min installation. If this is what tires plus want to suggest to their customers then its not the mankato locations fault. Just be vigilant.
