Tires Plus

My tire blew out at 8:30 at night. At my request, AAA towed it to Tires Plus. Next morning, I called and spoke to Brandon about the car. He checked it out. Tire had a gash and could not be repaired so he offered a good, better, best type of tire and I went with the Firestone recommendation. He followed up with an email. Called when completed. Picked up the car and the mechanic was thoughtful to tell me that the dash will correct itself on tire pressure once I started driving. Very thoughtful!!!! Afterward, received an email with the details of an inspection! Excellent communication throughout. All the men spoke English! Job was done to perfection!

I am a nervous driver, nervous about getting car maintenance, and everything in between. The guys at this shop were so nice, and I felt safe here as a woman. The online scheduling was smoother than most, too. Do not judge by the simple exterior - the guys in here are great! I will definitely be back!

I had 4 new tires done and everything was great! Im back again for a new serpentine belt today. Very good place. Kind and knowledgeable employees and technicians. Highly recommend.

This place is AMAZING! I needed tires for my BMW 840i Gran Coupe in a bit of a hurry and Brandon made it happen within a couple hours! For my vehicle, usually the tires aren't in stock and are special order but Brandon worked it out for me quickly. I am so pleased with their white glove service. Zach and Brandon are great at what they do and the technicians are hardworking.

I came to this location that was not near my home because I was on a road trip. My tire pressure warning light was on, and I had tried to add air at a local gas station without success. Here, the staff were so helpful and understanding. They took me right away since I needed to get back on the road. After checking and filling the air in all four tires, they tried several different methods to find a leak in the one that was low, to no avail, but the air held for long after they added it. Since they could not find a leak, we discussed options and decided that I would go ahead and try to drive on it, knowing that I had a spare and a AAA membership. What a relief to have found kind and honest people to help me when I really needed it.
