Tires Plus

I have had many issues with my car and 2 times I've needed service done I have delt with Mike and Jay Mac and they make the time to chat and make the wait worth it. I will not take my car to anyone else. I am very pleased with the service that I have gotten from Tires Plus. Please consider trying them out here in New Port Richey down the street from the new Hyundai dealership.

My tire was losing air the last few weeks. On Saturday I noticed a nail in the tire. Made an appointment online Saturday night to get it repaired on Sunday. I needed a new tire because the hole was too close to the sidewall to be plugged, however they were able to install the identical Firestone Tire to match my other 3 Firestone tires which I only had about 3,000 miles on. I was in & out in a reasonable amount of time & was very satisfied & would certainly recommend them.

I have been here twice in the last few months, and each time I was treated with courtesy and respect. This last time I needed the van's fluid levels and tire air pressures checked, and they did it free! Again, with the same level of courtesy and respect, even though it was a free service. I will definitely be going back.

Shawn was great at this store , knowledgeable, kind, gave us several options for repairs. He was Not pushy at all .. gave us the information and allowed us to decide what we wanted to do at that time, even suggested some current coupons and specials being offered, definitely appreciate that. We will be back. Thank you!

Took my truck to Tires Plus to get a tire plugged, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team let me drop the tire off so I could go about my day, then called as soon as it was ready. When I brought the truck back in, they swapped the tire and put the spare back under the truck in about five minutes. Fast, easy, and hassle-free service.
