Brandon, Keith, and James were ALL amazing and very helpful. They were quick to answer all of my questions and actually explain to me what was going on. The repairs were quick and they seemed to very thorough on their inspection.

Service was extremely swift, they got my car in within minutes. Adam was extremely professional, friendly, and polite. I would highly recommend this store. While they fixed my tire (which didn’t take long at all) they also had good coffee ready in the waiting area. The waiting area had comfortable seats and was clean, the restroom was also clean and well stocked. Overall I’m extremely happy with the level of service I received and I will be happy to return for any of my tire needs.

Dangerous Safety Issues, Service Fraud, and 23 Days of Excuses I dropped my 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee at the Tires Plus in Plainfield on 11/2/25 for extensive work: shocks, struts, suspension, oil/transmission leak repairs, and an oil change. What followed was a 23-day nightmare involving complete lack of communication, mechanical negligence, and documented service fraud. The Delay & Communication Breakdown For over three weeks, I was the one constantly following up. I dealt with a rotating door of employees and temporary managers. For 14+ days, I was fed a string of excuses regarding a "front clevis" part. I was told multiple times the part was found and would be installed "tomorrow," only to be told later it was broken, the delivery truck broke down, or the junkyard never actually had i

They finished my car the same day. They assisted me in getting credit to pay for the work. It seemed a reasonable price. They were very kind and kept me informed on what was going on with my car. Overall I was very pleased with the work they did!
