**0 Stars (if possible)** I am writing this review to document a serious service failure and safety concern related to work performed at **Tires Plus – Royersford, PA**. On my visit, I brought in my **2011 Mercedes-Benz C300 4MATIC** for a **Pennsylvania state inspection and installation of four new tires**. This vehicle requires **different tire sizes for the front and rear**, which is critical for proper AWD operation and drivetrain safety. This requirement was discussed in advance with the store manager, **Bill**, who acknowledged it and assisted in selecting the tires. There was no misunderstanding about the specifications. Quick service and the guys were so nice and explained everything clearly. I had a flat and got a new tire and alignment the same day. I had to go back a few days later and have them check my alignment and they were fast & efficient on getting my car perfect!

I came in earlier today, tire hit something 3 minutes from this location. They took me in with vehicles already in the bay & STILL got me out in under 40 minutes! Thank you technician Anthony, he did great. He was thorough with his work. Will be returning for more service

This was my first time and you treated me like I’ve been coming to you for years. The honesty from your tech about the oil leak and his recommendations told me what kind of company you are and how you value people. I have been telling everyone about my experience and I will be back for my oil changes. You proved to be trustworthy. I appreciate the pictures as well.

Great service tonight. Blew out a tire and brought it in. Was here for less than 20 minutes...new tire on the rim and balanced. Friendly helpful phone call to ensure tire was in stock before I came.
